Kuriosa is committed along with our craftspeople and production facility to get your amazing Kuriosa bags to you asap! Because our bags are handmade, stitched, and created one at a time, shipments can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Check Kuriosa wholesale site for stock available for immediate delivery-FOB-Galveston, Texas. Customer responsible for shipping cost. Kuriosa ships using best rates from Shopify shipping as well as Fed ex ground.
Minimum opening order-15 total of bags, totes, wallets (wallets only will not qualify as an opening order)
Free shipping- 30 pieces total of Bags, totes, wallets (not including mini wrislet wallets).
25% deposit at time of order

Defects/Damages
Our production facility works at top notch quality! However, if you receive an item with faulty or broken hardware, email us at amy@shopkuriosa.com within 48 hours so our customer service can get you taken care of.
If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can remedy the situation.

Each bag is made by hand so no two bags are alike. Colors may also vary slightly from batch to batch
