Refund policy
If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase then we would like to turn that around any way possible. Please connect with Kuriosa via email and allow up to 2 business days for a reply.
Kuriosa will incur the return shipping cost of an item if the return is the result of an incorrect item received or any item damaged or defective. Please notify Kuriosa within 24 hours of receiving your package.
You can expect a refund in the same form of original payment -cost of item and any applicable taxes. Shipping is not included in the refund.
All returns other than a damaged product or an incorrect item received will be refunded with a digital gift card for item and tax amount. Shipping is not included in the refund.
We are committed along with our production facility to get your amazing Kuriosa bag to you asap!! Please keep in mind that each bag has been uniquely crafted by hand and production time can be 6-8 weeks. Also note, that each piece is hand colored and colors may slightly vary in production batches. No 2 bags are the same!
Pre-Orders
If you would like to reserve an item that is out of stock or is a new style on its way, we recommend that you pre-order with a 50% deposit. This will guarantee your reserved bag and color will be put into the queue just for you.
